1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between vs77 (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual (the "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at vs77.io (the "Platform").

By using any part of the vs77 Platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a financial transaction, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion — you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You are at least 21 years of age;

2 Eligibility

• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an existing vs77 account. Each individual is entitled to open and maintain one account only. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended.
• Own Identity: You must register and play using your own true identity. Opening an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the vs77 Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of vs77 services — including deposits, game play, betting markets, and promotional offers — you must create a registered account via the vs77 Login page.

3.1 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You further agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

3.2 Username and Password. Upon registration, you will select a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vs77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. vs77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement confirming your name and address. Account functionality — including withdrawals and bonus activation — may be restricted pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

3.4 Account Currency. All vs77 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT via supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods. vs77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. vs77 does not charge processing fees on mobile wallet deposits. Deposits typically credit to your vs77 balance within seconds of confirmation.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. vs77 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited into your vs77 account are your own money, derived from lawful sources, and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. vs77 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities where required.

4.4 Refused Transactions. vs77 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent, involves a third party, or violates these Terms. In such cases, vs77 will notify you and provide an explanation where legally permissible.

4.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. vs77 may apply an administrative fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after giving 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus. New players who register a vs77 account and complete their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the specific terms of the promotion active at the time of registration. Welcome bonus terms include minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, and expiry periods.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. vs77 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and, where the pattern is systematic, permanent account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially;
• Using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent;
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.4 Promotional Changes. vs77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to a player's account before a promotion is withdrawn will remain valid under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the vs77 Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

6.2 Sportsbook & Cricket Betting. All sports bets — including cricket markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the specific sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant market. In-play odds are updated in real time; a bet is not accepted until confirmation is displayed on screen.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnections, server errors, or game interruptions — vs77 will endeavour to settle all affected bets in the fairest way possible based on available data. Bets placed during a demonstrable technical error on the Platform side may be voided and stakes returned.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per betting market. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface and are subject to change without prior notice. vs77 reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits where warranted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vs77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility;
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets;
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the Platform;
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another player's account in live games to transfer value;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine play intent for the purpose of laundering money;
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at vs77 staff or other players;
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable system error are void.

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of vs77.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 The vs77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vs77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.

10.2 vs77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults outside vs77's reasonable control.

10.3 vs77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by vs77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering on the vs77 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including KYC verification data, transaction records, and gameplay data necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 By vs77. vs77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where vs77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Compliance with applicable law requires such action;

12.2 By You. You may close your vs77 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be settled and any active bonuses forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to a verified payment method registered in your name.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Amendments to These Terms

vs77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, vs77 will notify registered users via the email address on file at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online entertainment platforms. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the vs77 Platform shall be resolved in the first instance by contacting vs77 customer support to seek an amicable resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Regardless of the foregoing, vs77 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
